General Manager


General Goal:

Directs and coordinates Physical and Human Resources in order to provide the service according to what is established in the SOA (Anderson's Operating System). Manages Restaurants goods in the best possible way to increase the profitability.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Is fully familiar with the SOA (Anderson's Operating System) and ensures that all the personnel and activities that take place in the restaurant comply with it.
  • Manages Restaurantīs resources.
  • Reports monthly Restaurant financial results to the partners.
  • Is the only person allowed to sign checks.
  • Supervises Restaurantīs management.
  • Streamlines financial and human resources.
  • Motivates the personnel.
  • Works the place every night.
  • Is fully familiar with all operating functions.
  • Is fully familiar with the food and beverage menu.
  • Is fully familiar with and applies the Anderson's philosophy. Is fully familiar with the SOA ( Andersonīs Operating System)
  • Constantly supervises the Mandil Nuestra Gente and the Administrator.
  • Draws up the annual Business Plan together with Operadora Anderson's. Establishes the Restaurant's financial goals.
  • Reports any opportunities arising at the restaurant to the Operating Committee or the Operadora Anderson's Consultant.
  • Carries out the Reports and Communication Procedure with Operadora Anderson's.
  • Ensures that monthly reports are sent to Operadora Anderson's as established in the SOA (Anderson's Operating System).
  • Calls and presides over Management Review Meetings, and provides follow-up on the resulting Action Plans.
  • Creates business strategies and follows-up on them, then analyses the results of each strategy.
  • Creates the Action Plans arising from the Employee Survey.
  • Authorizes the dates on which audits are to be carried out.
  • Authorizes the Annual Training Program and its budget.
  • Sends suggestions to improve the SOA to the Operadora Anderson's Operating Committee.
  • Analyses and approves entertainment ideas submitted by the Mandil Gire.
  • Gets rid of any papers that might be lying around.
  • Puts away any items not in their proper place.
  • Does everything requested by superiors and everything required to support quality standards and satisfy the guest needs.
  • Carries out all steps described in the SOA (Anderson's Operating System).
  • Is familiar with and applies all the guidelines established in the SOA (Anderson's Operating System)
  • To make employees fully aware of the commitment to comply with guest requirements.
  • To focus the Restaurant on compliance with the SOA (Anderson's Operating System).
  • To ensure that all employees are fully aware of their responsibilities and authority.
  • To analyze the information presented at the Manager`s Review Meeting and start Action Plans to improve the results.
  • To provide the necessary resources to meet guests needs and improve their service.
