Internal Mandil
General Goal:
To create and maintain an excellent working environment and motivate the personnel to increase productivity. To ensure that the operation is carried out as established in the SOA (Anderson's Operating System).
Responsibilities:
- Is fully familiar with the SOA (Anderson's Operating System) and ensures that its content is applied.
- Keeps in contact with the outsourcing company for the selection, hiring and handling of personnel.
- Draws up the Training Program and ensures that it is implemented as specified in the SOA ( Andersonīs Operating System).
Provides personnel Orientation.
- Keeps the General Manager informed of all improvement opportunities for the operation and the SOA (Anderson's Operating System)
- Sends out the Nuestra Gente Report to Operadora Anderson's on a monthly basis.
- Is fully aware of all operating functions.
Has full knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
Knows and applies the Anderson's philosophy.
- Supervises the payroll and insures that it is properly handled.
- Makes sure that employees comply with the Appearance and Personnel Hygiene Standards.
- Provides follow-up on the Nonconforming Product or Service Format.
- Makes sure that the Managers measure their processes turn in the results monthly.
- Prepares and coordinates the Management Review Meeting.
- Looks into details during the operation (restaurant layout, hygiene, personnel, food and beverages).
- Assists the personnel in their work.
- Authorizes complimentary food and beverages, discounts and promotions.
- Ensures that first and second courses are properly handled.
Report events of the day to the General Manager.
- Checks up on the opening operations of the Mandil in charge.
- Draws up the Work Schedule of the personnel and Mandiles.
Goes over Kitchen, Bar and Service shortages every day
Ensures that Mandiles arrive and leave on time.
Makes operating decisions.
- Opens and closes or modifies stations on the basis of operating requirements.
- Coordinates with the Outsourcing Human Resources company the selection of new personnel.
- Handles labor problems.
- Provides follow-up on the labour environment.
Gets rid of any papers that might be lying around.
- Puts away any items that may not be in their proper place.
- Does everything requested by superiors and everything necessary to uphold quality standards and satisfy the guest needs.
- Takes all steps described in the SOA (Anderson's Operating System) documents.
- Organizes the monthly Managerīs Review Meeting.
- Ensures that all employees are familiar with guest needs.
- Uses the internal communications system to keep the personnel informed of developments concerning the SOA (Anderson's Operating System)
- Directs all employees concerns.
- Advises all employees about their responsibility and authority.
Provides follow-up on Action Plans, and ensures that they are implemented.
- Ensures that all areas measure process.
- Provides follow-up on suggested improvements and ensures compliance.
