Aqua Tacos! (Mexican Lettuce Wraps)
Grilled chicken mixed with cactus leaves, panela cheese, tomatoes, and red onions, all gently tossed in a cilantro vinaigrette and served with iceberg lettuce boats and cilantro leaves. Avocado salsa verde and limes served on the side. If we ever become better known for something other than Upside Down Margaritas, it's going to be our Aqua Tacos.
Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
Tender shrimp pieces tossed in our cocktail sauce, garnished with onion and avocado and served in a beer mug topped with fresh cilantro and lime. This is perhaps the one time in your life you'll be happy to see a beer mug without beer in it.

Order this appetizer and everyone leaves happy. Well, except the chickens. But that's to be expected.
Paco's Nachos
A heaping pile of tri-colored corn tortilla chips with refried beans and our Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese blend melted to perfection, then crowned with a "canasta" with pickled jalapeños, pico de gallo, and sour cream.

Jumbo flour tortilla stuffed with tender grilled chicken and Monterey jack cheese. Served with sour cream, jalapeños and pico de gallo. 9.95

Peel N' Eat Shrimp
If you don't like them, we'll loan you a fishing pole and you can use the shrimp for bait and go catch a fish - which we'll cook for you. (If you don't like fishing, or if you get seasick, better order something else.)
Queso Flameado Tequila
A blend of cheeses, melted together and flamed with tequila for that whisper of Mexico. Served piping hot with four flour tortillas.
Queso Flameado Tequila Shrimp & Chorizo
Fresh shrimp and Mexican chorizo, sautéed together and then gently folded in with the cheese mix and flamed with tequila. Served with four flour tortillas.
Queso Cilantro
Monterey jack cheese is breaded and deep fried, served in a molcajete and smothered in your choice of red or green sauce and garnished with shoestring potatoes. Served with tortillas on the side and finished with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
Guacamole
Made from fresh avocadoes with a little spice of green chile, tartness of lime and a pinch of salt. Chopped by hand and garnished with cilantro. Served with a heap of nacho chips. A real Mexican original, it's authentico amigo!
Chips and Salsa
Our nacho chips are made with tri-colored corn tortillas and fried in-house using pure vegetable oil. Our salsa is made the old fashion way, grilling and roasting peppers, tomatoes and garlic and blended with just the right amount of lime juice.
Shrimp Tostada
Two corn tortillas fried and spread with refried beans, piled with lettuce and ranch ancho cilantro shrimp. Served with a side of avocado salsa verde and limes.
Sombrero Plate (Serves two to four, unless you're really, really hungry)
A half order of chicken wings with blue cheese, half order of fried shrimp, spiced up curly fries, chicken flautas, queso cilantro with tortillas, and nacho chips, with homemade Senor Frog's salsa. If you don't like it, send it back and we'll eat it.
Chicken Flautas
Our flautas are corn tortillas filled with seasoned, shredded chicken and then deep fried. They come three to an order and are served with refried beans, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream.
