Fish Madrazo
A pan-seared piece of Mahi-Mahi with a spinach mix, topped with Monterey jack cheese and a splash of chipotle. Served on grilled nopal with esquite and a lime garnish. 

Talk To Me Sideways
A Mahi-Mahi filet pan seared and finished with mojo de ajo (garlic butter w/ garlic pieces). Served with Mexican rice, refried beans and corn on the cob. We're not sure where the name came from, but we can make something up if you ask.

Sea Butterfly
No, we would never feed you a real butterfly. Butterflies don't have any meat on them, plus they're really hard to catch - even with a net. This dish is a lightly breaded fish filet stuffed with roasted jalapeños, cream cheese and tartar sauce and then deep fried. Served with rice, esquite and creamed spinach.

Shrimp Tequila
Succulent shrimp, sautéed with tomatoes, garlic, onion, cilantro and tequila - served on a bed of Mexican rice. Mexican shrimp have a tendency to find our tequila, no matter how hard we try to hide it.

Fried Shrimp Bucket
A galvanized bucket with chips and fried shrimp served with tartar sauce, Senor Frog's cocktail sauce and esquite. Be sure to guard your bucket. Others at your table will be tempted.

Mariscada Maya (Mari-skah-da  My-ah)
A mixed seafood platter with sautéed lobster pieces, mojo de ajo Mahi-Mahi, shrimp pibil, Mexican rice, vegetables and a spinach side. Served on a sizzling fajita pan with a lime garnish. 

Fresh Grilled Mahi-Mahi
Don't go swimming immediately after eating this one - you could cramp up. Or even worse, you might be confronted by the family of the fish you just ate.

Shrimp Pibil
Two skewers of shrimp marinated in pibil sauce - an achiote garlic-citrus marinate from the Yucatan. Served on rice with pibil and esquite on the side.
