Blackbean Soup
A blended and creamy blackbean soup served with six garnishes on the side - sour cream, chopped bacon, diced onion, guajillo chiles, tortillas and queso fresco. If you'd like 7 garnishes, we'll be happy to bring you some fresh salsa.
Lobster Soup
A delightful blend of lobster, avocado, leeks and potatoes in a light broth with a hint of smoky spice. Lobsters around the world are lining up to be a part of this special dish.

Chipotle Caesar Salad
Lots of crisp romaine lettuce tossed with croutons and our special chipotle Caesar dressing and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
Chipotle Chicken Caesar
Grilled, diced chicken sprinkled with our own Uncle Jorge's spice blend. Please don't tell Uncle Jorge we stole his special recipe.
Shrimp Pibil Caesar
Five shrimp, served on a skewer, after being marinated with citrus juices and our top secret Yucatan spice we like to call Pibil.
Beef Taco Salad
A real big "Taco" full of salad and covered with our shredded Sonora beef, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo and ranch ancho cilantro dressing.

Grilled skirt steak served on mixed greens with ranch ancho cilantro dressing.
Mixed Greens Salad with Chicken
This may be the largest salad ever. If not, we'll make it bigger. Grilled chicken, mixed baby greens, julienne carrots, cucumbers and Italian dressing. Served with a knife and fork, but feel free to eat with your hands.
Chicken Tostada Salad
Two corn tortillas fried and topped with refried beans, our sliced lettuce blend, ranch ancho cilantro dressing and Uncle Jorge's seasoned chicken breast. Served with sour cream, avocado salsa verde and pico de gallo on the side.
